MTS Advisors was founded by Mike Sicoli, a dynamic, results-oriented leader with a 20+ year track record of performance in a wide range of situations including growth, turnarounds, and restructuring, with broad experience across the communications infrastructure and services industry. Starting his career in consulting, then rising quickly through the corporate ranks to hold multiple CEO and CFO positions, Mr. Sicoli brings a unique combination of expertise in strategy, finance and operations, as well as organizational development, to drive meaningful results.

Mr. Sicoli resides in Washington, DC, and holds a BA in Economics from the College of William and Mary, as well as an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia.
